Hi I’m Andie!
I am a 500+ hour certified yoga teacher and mom from Ellicott City, with additional certifications in barre fitness, and prenatal/postnatal yoga. I am passionate about working with students of all ages and stages by helping them feel at home in their body and mind. I make it a priority to connect with members of my community and foster meaningful relationships along the way.
Why I Teach
I teach yoga for the same reason I practice yoga, to create meaningful connections in my life. Yoga helps me connect to myself, my loved ones, my community, and even gain a sense of connection and compassion for those I will never meet. I honor the traditions of yoga through a dedicated personal practice, continued self-study, and by showing up to teach humbly and authentically, with a beginners mind and open heart.
